Wes and Kristy Mast are business owners who value continued growth and development. They believe growth takes intentionality and focused intensity. These high school sweethearts have been married since 2003. They have 4 children, 3 of which are teens and 1 toddler! They are actively involved in church, enjoy traveling (especially Disney cruises), and currently homeschool their children. After visiting Lake Wales for over 18 years and falling in love with the area they were excited to buy a home there in 2021. After spending years carefully growing their business in DE/MD/PA from a two-man operation to a team of 50 (and expanding), they have decided to expand into West Central Florida.
Kristy has her Master of Education Degree in School Leadership from Wilmington University, and Wes has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Wilmington University. In addition to their home inspection business, Wes and Kirsty run a leadership academy and provide business coaching and consulting.

Tia started with Pro-Spect in 2017 as a Marketing Representative and grew into Leadership. Tia has been instrumental in growing Pro-spect’s systems and processes over the years. She is passionate about our client experience and strongly believes what Pro-spect offers is so much more than an inspection report! Tia is a student of Leadership including understanding personality types, communication and psychology and she also has a background as a Realtor!
Tia and her husband Kyle have been together for 11 years and have 5 children in a wonderful, blended family. Their oldest daughter is a grad student at the University of Florida. Go GATORS! Kyle is a Navy veteran, an avid hunter and an outdoorsman. He is an amazing Home Inspector and cares deeply for people and about his quality of work. Tia and Kyle consider themselves avid “foodies” and love to camp.
Krista ensures top level customer service on the phones and makes sure every client interaction starts with WOW! Her passion is watching her team learn, grow, and become more confident in their roles as Experience Coordinators. She began working in the inspection industry in 2013 and came to us with a prior background as a real estate support specialist. She is also a licensed Realtor in Pennsylvania! Krista is a mom of a smart & sassy little girl named Gianna. In her free time, she enjoys reading as well as spending time with her daughter and dog, Roxy.
Meet Kelly, the Associate Director of the Pro-Spect Service Center! She comes to us from the restaurant industry, so she is no stranger to customer service. Twelve years of customer service has taught her all about what the customer wants and needs. She takes pride in her communication skills and strives to go above and beyond for everyone that crosses her path. Kelly’s goal is to ensure smooth implementation to processes and systems as well as acting as a liaison to the leadership team.
While she is not working, you can catch Kelly watching Harry Potter, listening to music, or enjoying time with her husband and daughter.
Katie manages the company finances and is part of the Pro-Spect Service Center. Her heartbeat has always been to help others understand how their money works so they can be free to do what they want and need in life. In business, Katie developed a passion for the home inspection industry when she worked as an accountant for a service provider specializing in the Home Inspection Field. There, she was challenged to create an accounting model that was specific for the home inspection industry that many home inspection companies now use! Katie lives in Central Pennsylvania with her husband, children and dogs. When she’s not crunching numbers, she enjoys camping, reading and singing in her church choir.
Brian is a lifelong resident of Polk County. He was born and raised in Lake Wales and has fond memories growing up and attending high school there. He moved to Lakeland in 2001 while pursuing a career at Publix where he met his wife, Ashley.
Brian and Ashley have three young children: Michael, Samuel, and Eden. After buying and selling a few homes and rental properties in the area, Ashley and Brian decided to build their dream home on the outskirts of Plant City, FL. They are heavily involved in the Children’s Ministry at their Church where Ashley is on staff.
Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and children and the many animals on their hobby farm. Brian believes authentic leadership is the key to successful employees and a better business. He enjoys training and developing the next generation of leaders and applies that philosophy in everything he does.
Brad oversees the Pro-spect Service Center which provides support to all Pro-spect locations in multiple states. The PSC includes Finances, Training, Human Resources, Call Center, Expansion and Digital Marketing. Brad’s passion is leading and developing others and creating efficient processes to ensure each Pro-spect location has what they need to thrive. Brad knows that the efforts of his teams allow the ultimate delivery of an amazing home inspection experience for both Real Estate Agents and home-buying Clients.
Brad is a licensed home inspector, previous business owner and has over 15 years of experience leading and managing large teams. Brad is actively involved in his church, previously holding a Director position there and enjoys living at the beach, playing guitar and traveling. He resides in Bethany Beach, Delaware with his wife and three daughters.
